Welcome to Fall Summit
While I am sitting here at Fall Summit, I thought I would share the wonderful experience of Fall Summit. It is only three hours out of the four hours we have been here. Everything has been so wonderful so far. For starter, we got dinner and it was delicious! I also got to hold a half a million dollar ring.

I am currently sitting and typing this as Brenda Segal shares her "I" story and I have never considered anyone "I" story to be so touching as hers. She was going through a divorce during her time with Mary Kay and she had to give up half of her income from Mary Kay during her divorce. She made the choice to give Natalie the life she has now. She chose to stay in the home that Natalie grew up in and to keep her in the private school she was in. She made the choice to work hard. She never sacrificed anything, she stated how she made a choice for everything she has done. I don't think anything is more powerful than to hear the "I" story from where some of our most powerful Sales Director stories. I now understand how we are just like them because they started out just like us. We all have a beginning but at the end of the road, we will be just like Brenda Segal.
